Alfie Boe OBE was born in Blackpool, England. He is a singer known for his rich tenor range as well as his performing partnership with Michael Ball OBE. He has had a wonderful career on the stage and as a solo artist. Alfie’s big break came at 17 whilst working as an apprentice mechanic. A client overheard Alfie singing and recommended he audition for the D’Oyly Carte Opera company, and the gates to a spectacular career were opened wide.

Alfie has starred in many a stage production including Baz Luhrmann’s “La Boheme”, which earned him a Tony award. His most famous role to date is probably Jean Val Jean in Les Miserables, which he has taken on multiple. Times, including for the iconic shows 25th anniversary, and most recently in the all-star concert along side Michael Ball.
His singing career has been very star-studded too. With 8 albums, each with a track list of 10+ beautiful renditions of timeless classics and show tunes. His deep, rich tones bring a new life to each song, making them a joy to listen to and enjoy. His career only grows though.

Ball and Boe have fast become a favourite performing duo. They have topped the album charts with their collaborative albums twice now. Their new album is due to be released in just a few weeks “Together at Christmas”. The pair tour together and put on hilarious TV specials to showcase their brilliant talents.
